Clarification for Solid Waste
Dear blogger, after weeks or wresting and becoming frustrated with solid waste my wife sent the following. She got this information from the Tampagov website. This helps a little bit but falls short on explaining what is acceptable. With all the confusion, lets hope this clears some up.
