The results are in. Seminole Heights has been dethroned as the Creative Loafings “Best of the Bay” winner for Best Neighborhood – Hillsborough. After a closely followed and tight race, The Hyde Park/SoHo neighborhood was selected. Winners will be announced in next weeks Creative Loafing Newspaper.
