A chance to explore the Tastes and Sights of the Heights
“Spend an enjoyable afternoon in one of Tampa’s most eclectic and independent neighborhoods visiting some of our private gardens and sampling the many flavors of our neighborhood’s cuisine provided by our local restaurants and resident chefs. Food, beverage, and music will be provided at several locations and gardens. Along each stop your senses will be delighted by the tastes, sights, and sounds of the Heights.”

Cost $20.00
We are looking for Volunteers to cook, set up, sell tickets, sell advertising. Actually for anything. This is our most important fund raiser for the Association.

What are the funds for?
Since membership to SESHCA is only $10/year, funds raised from events such as Taste of the Heights (and the previous home tours) are used for things such as the food for the Annual Eating Meeting, refreshments served at General Membership Meetings, lunch, water and sodas provided to the volunteers of the Team SESH Paint Your Heart Out and the Annual Ice Cream Social. Basically, the majority of the money is put back towards the neighborhood.
In supporting this event , not only will you be helping to give back to our community, you will enjoy great food, beverage, live music and more.
The funds also go towards the printing of the Neighborhood News newsletter, not to mention any events which may arise in which the Association feels the need to extend some assistance.
Most recently, the earthquake in Haiti and the tragic shooting of officers Curtis and Kocab.
Thank God for the fund raising.

Do you really think that the paltry $10 per year membership fee goes very far?
Hey, my husband and I are interested in attending this event. We heard about it through the grapevine , so if you could post something about the event with more details that would be super helpful. Thanks so much, Amber.
Since the event is in October, keep your eyes peed for more info in late Sept and early Oct
