Youth Programs

Session II – Feb 22 – Apr 9 Session III – Apr 9 – Jun 4

Clay Play Mondays 10 – 10:45 a.m. $30 /session
For ages 1 ½ years – 3 years. Parent and tot will learn the basics of clay building while playing and having fun!
Create lasting memories and take home three simple pottery projects made by using different techniques. All clay materials are provided; just bring a sense of fun and creativity!

Tiny Tots Eco- Extravaganza Wednesdays 10 – 10:45 a.m. $25 /session

For ages 3 years- 5 years. Have fun and enjoy the art of turning trash into treasure! This creative art class features the use of recyclable materials such as plastic and paper to make useful art. Four projects are featured to make and take home!

Children’s Drawing Tuesdays 10– 11a.m. $25/ session
For ages 6 years -16 years. Learn the basics of drawing your favorite cartoon characters. Each class will be instructed in the use of simple pencil and paper! All materials are included. This class is perfect for homeschoolers!

Clay Boom! Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. $30/ session
For ages 6 years- 16 years Enjoy the basic techniques of clay building. This class features a variety of class projects to include: Coil pot, pinch pot, ornaments and fossil art. Come play with clay the creative way! All materials are provided.

Eco-Kids Crafts Thursdays 10 – 11a.m. $25/ session
For ages 6 years- 12. Be creative and environmentally aware. Learn how to use recycled objects to make a plastic bottle bank, duct tape wallet, soup can sculptures and more! Turn your reusable discarded items to make works of art! Great for homeschoolers!

Kids Aqua Color Mondays 6:15 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. $30/ session
For ages 6 years- 12 years. Learn the beauty and basics of watercolor. All materials are included in this class. Participants will create art featuring landscapes, still life, abstract exploration and more.

Silver Senior Club Mondays 10 a.m. – 12noon *Recreation card required
Seniors enjoy fun and fellowship in this lively club. Featuring day trips, guest speakers, crafts senior fitness, table games and more. Interact with friends that share your interests and hobbies.

Adult Drawing 101 Tuesdays 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. $30/session
Learn the basic techniques of drawing. Class projects will feature still life drawing, anatomy drawing, animals and character study. Amaze yourself with the simplicity of drawing what you see.

Eco Arts and Crafts Tuesdays 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. $25/session
Turn your trash into reusable treasure! In this class you will recycle and reuse materials not normally considered art materials. Come join the fun. Creative projects will use recycled paper, plastic and more!

Clay Classics Wednesdays 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. $45/session
Enjoy the basic techniques of clay building. This pottery class features a variety of class projects to include: Coil pot, pinch pot, ornaments and creative expression. Come play with clay the creative way! All materials are provided. For home décor or gift giving!

Beginner’s Aqua Color Thursdays 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. $45/session
Make a splash in the creation of simple water color art projects. Class will feature different techniques to familiarize students with the skills needed to create your own masterpiece in a fun and social setting. 7 class projects will be completed.

Tail Wagger’s Academy Saturdays 9a.m. – 10a.m. $40/ session
Puppy preschool: 2months – 12 months of age. Teach your new puppy the simple commands to ensure obedience. Classes feature lessons in: Walking on lead, hand signals and voice commands to sit, come, down and stand. Learn how to understand behavior problems and the steps needed to correct them.

Tail Wagger’s Academy Saturdays 9a.m. – 10a.m. $50/ session
12 months of age + Even old dogs can learn new tricks! Simple commands to ensure obedience. Classes feature lessons in: Walking on lead, hand signals and voice commands to sit, come, down and stand. Learn how to understand behavior problems and the steps needed to correct them.
