  1. Congratulations SESH for this project that has been sought after for years. It’s a fine example of what perseverance can accomplish. The more sidewalks and pedestrian friendly amenities we have in Seminole Heights the better off we will be in the long run.

  2. Or the long walk! Congrats SESH!!

  3. Great, the thugs get sidewalks.
What about the rest of us?

  4. What a non judgemental, neighborly thing to say #3.

  5. CONGRATS SESH !!! ..Good to hear that one section of SH will be more pedestrian friendly!
Great things keep happening in SESH: -New park, Ella’s & Reservations, a community garden,
    -and finally sidewalks.

  6. #3- Punch Bowl “T’s” There’s one in every crowd. I guess in your case “burgler bars” would be the answer.

From the rest of us; Congrats SESH. One step closer to a better neighborhood. Most of Greater Seminole Heights is in envy of this project that will help in making your area more pedestrian friendly. Great News!!

  7. Doesn’t matter if there are sidewalks, people will park their cars on them. The neighborhood west of Florida and North of Hillsborough has sidewalks but you can’t use them because every other house has a car parked right on the sidewalk as if it were simply an extension of the driveway for the house.

  8. 7 – I live west of Florida and north of Hillsborough and, at least in my area, I have not seen people parking on the sidewalks. What specific blocks are you referring to?

  9. People don’t park on the sidewalks in our area number 7 but they do park in their yard instead of on the street.

  10. I meant number 8.

  11. Caracas St Victim says:

My Home on Caracas St was broken into around 11.am to 1.pm on 3-29-10 Monday. Not too far from Ella’s. Amoung the stolen items were a Playstation 3, Gold Jewelry, specific- a name ring “Jeanette” and a Chain with the name plate “Jeanette”, A camcorder in leather carrying case. If you saw anything suspicious around that time.
