TAMPA – An argument that began at a convenience store apparently sparked a drive-by shooting this month at Giddens Park.
No injuries were reported.
Tampa police arrested Orie Napoleon Chandler, 19, on a charge of aggravated assault firearm-discharge with intent to kill. He was released from jail March 6 on a $25,000 surety bond.
